One Year Later: An Evanston Survey

March 11, 2021 marks the first anniversary of the pandemic. On that day, one year ago, the World Health Organization declared the outbreak of COVID-19 a global pandemic.

How has the last year been for you? What would you like to share about how the pandemic has impacted you? In an effort to capture and record something of Evanston residents’ (and those who go to school or work in Evanston but live elsewhere) experiences of this critical historical time, the Evanston History Center (EHC) invites people to fill out a survey documenting their experiences of and reflections on the last year: http://bit.ly/EHCSurveyOneYearLater.

Surveys are anonymous. You must be 18 years or older to participate. Results will be compiled and shared on EHC’s website. Completed surveys will be preserved in EHC’s pandemic archive, launched in April 2020. See more about the archive here: http://bit.ly/EHCarchive.

The survey can be found here: http://bit.ly/EHCSurveyOneYearLater

These surveys will be an important record of this time. And they will most certainly be of value to future generations. We appreciate your participation.
